Keto Salad

Hear someone say Salads and I bet your mind conjures up the image of a dull, plain leafy salad bowl, that would be a challenge to finish.  

Thankfully, keto isn’t like other diets.  

This recipe of mine, I like to call the Keto-salad. It’s not only keto-friendly but also appetising and easy to make.

Serves: 2 
Prep Time: 10  Minutes 
Cook Time: 10  Minutes 
Total Time:  20  Minutes 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 slice bacon 
  • 3-ounces chicken breast 
  • 1-ounce cheddar cheese 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 
  • ½ avocado 
  • 1 head romaine lettuce 

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Chop all ingredients and place them in a bowl  
  2. Mix well and add pepper, oil and vinegar
