Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 slice bacon
- Salt
Instructions:
- In a skillet add shredded cheese oven medium heat and remove to a paper towel when it starts to melt
- Cook the egg as you want, place it over the cheese and season with salt
- Place the remaining cheese over the top and serve.
