Keto Broccoli Salad

This is a healthy, nutty, meaty recipe for a salad!!

Total Time:  20 minutes 


  • 20-ounce raw broccoli 
  • 1 cup bacon 
  • ½ red onion 
  • 1 cup avocado mayo 
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts 
  • ½ cup Monkfruit sweetener 
  • 1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar 


  1. Place Macadamia Nuts in a blender and blend until smooth 
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, pour over Macadamia Nuts mixture and serve
