Hear someone say Salads and I bet your mind conjures up the image of a dull, plain leafy salad bowl, that would be a challenge to finish.
Thankfully, keto isn’t like other diets.
This recipe of mine, I like to call the Keto-salad. It’s not only keto-friendly but also appetising and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 slice bacon
- 3-ounces chicken breast
- 1-ounce cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ avocado
- 1 head romaine lettuce
DIRECTIONS
- Chop all ingredients and place them in a bowl
- Mix well and add pepper, oil and vinegar
