Food is all about experimenting. Though you fail more times than you care to remember, it so happens on some lucky days when your experiment reaps mouth-watering meals. Here’s one such of my successful self-discovered, recipes.

Who says tacos have to be in tortillas? What? You don’t know? Well, that’s because no one has ever ruled so!!!  So let’s take tacos for a dip. Nah not in the ocean. Better. In warm, steamy soup.  

Follows the instructions  

Serves: 8 
Prep Time: 10  Minutes 
Cook Time: 10  Minutes 
Total Time:  20   Minutes 


  • 2 lbs. Ground beef 
  • 1 onion 
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream 
  • 1 tsp chili powder 
  • 14 ozes. Cream cheese  
  • 1 tsp garlic 
  • 1 tsp cumin 
  • 2 10 oz. cans tomatoes 
  • 16 ozes. Beef broth 


  1. Cook for a couple of minutes, onion, garlic, and beef 
  2. Add cream cheese and stir until fully melted 
  3. Add tomatoes, whipping cream, beef broth, stir and bring to boil
