Ingredients:
- 1 cup baby spinach
- salt
- 1 cup parsley
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons hemp hearts
- 1 cup olive oil
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 egg
- 10 asparagus tips
Instructions:
- For Green Sauce mix arugula, olive oil, parsley, garlic cloves, baby spinach, hemp hearts in a blender and blend until smooth
- Arrange bacon sliced into rings and place the bacon in the oven at 325 F and cook until done
- Tuck 3-4 asparagus tips into each bacon ring and add green sauce, sprinkle salt and pepper and cook for another 12-15 minutes
- Remove from oven and serve.
